This article covers the procedure that can be followed to create a Microsoft® Windows® Server 2003 local quorum cluster and install Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 on it. This is very useful for viewing of functionality of cluster server and getting Exchange Server 2003 running on it without need for shared SCSI disk or more complicated virtual machine setup.
